Materials we work with

High-performance fibre materials, selected for how they perform, how they scale and how they fit within a circular system.

We work with a focused range of fibre materials selected for performance, manufacturability, and circular outcomes.

Our materials capability supports clients across packaging, insulation, acoustic and custom fibre applications, from early R&D through to scalable production. Each material is assessed not just on sustainability claims, but on how it performs in real-world use, how it can be processed at scale, and how it fits within a circular system.

We primarily work with wool, recycled denim, recycled polymers, and selected natural and engineered fibres, choosing materials based on application requirements rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Explore each material to understand where it performs best, what to consider in manufacturing, and how Planet Protector Group works with it.

We use 100% Australian wool from crossbred sheep, this wool is unsuitable for textiles and originally destined for landfill. Learn more about the power of sheeps wool, the best natural insulator on the planet.

We’re transforming textile waste into a resource, learn about how we’re diverting cotton and denim from landfills to close the loop.
